About Addison

I started caring for seniors in 2015. I worked in a hybrid caregiver/management role in a group home for much of my time in the field. I left caregiving in 2019 to go back to school and have since worked in screenprinting. Over the last few years I've considered returning to the world of caregiving outside of an agency and finally decided to give it a shot. I've spent a lot of time with individuals with dementia. I had the pleasure of being a "live-in assistant" for a number of years with two folks with Alzheimer's and really enjoyed that opportunity. I consider myself a patient, reliable and creative caregiver. Problem-solving and adapting to change are qualities of mine that I'm sure a potential client would appreciate.
