About Addison

Hi! My name is Addy and I am a college graduate from Oregon Tech with a degree in Applied Psychology. I have about three years of hands on experience caring for children from newborns to age 10. I spent two years working in the ABA field as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I built strong communication skills, patience, and an understanding of child development and behavior. For the past six months, I've worked in an in home childcare setting, supporting daily routines, playtime and learning activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time and always prioritize clear communication with parents. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, certified in safe sleep for infants, and trained in childcare health and safety. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable around pets. I've loved working in childcare and am excited about the opportunity to work more closely one on one with children and families.
