I hold certifications in CPR training and First Aid to ensure I am prepared for any situation. If an emergency arises, I remain calm, follow pre-discussed plans, and communicate immediately with you. I find great joy in helping shy pets come out of their shell and ensuring they feel comfortable in their own space.
