About Addison

Hi my name is Addi and I'm working toward a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Clinical Psychology. I plan to pursue a career in child development, and I'm gaining experience now by caring for and supporting children. I have a passion for helping kids grow and learn new skills. My experience includes caring for newborns through school aged children, supporting children with disabilities, and providing daytime, and after-school care. I've worked in a daycare, started volunteering at my church nursery at 13, and provided consistent childcare for families. I also enjoy working with children with special needs, including autism and other developmental, physical, and mental health challenges. I understand how important trust and boundaries are, and I respect parents' wishes while keeping open communication. Families can count on me to provide safe, dependable, and nurturing care where children feel valued and encouraged.
