Addi came over to our house and met our son and he loved her. She seemed confident and capable and we offered her the nanny position to which she agreed. The plan was to have her come over again on a Monday at 09:00 and our son was excited to see her again. She completely ghosted us, never responded to a follow up message on care.com, and never texted or called my partner whose number she was given. Addi seemed like a very pleasant and sweet care giver and we were excited to work with her, but clearly, she could use some help on communication and follow through.
