Addie took care of my infant for multiple months starting from when she was 6 weeks old until I found a daycare that I was comfortable with (and also when Addie moved away to go to college). I was impressed when I first interviewed her, because she made me a whole presentation of her nannying experience, and as a first time mother I was SO nervous to trust the care of my baby to someone else. What I appreciated most about Addie besides her playful nature and her transparency and communication skills was the fact that she cared for my baby more carefully than if it was her own child. I. smiled so much with Addie, and Addie made sure that her days were filled with engaging activities, outside time, reading, and sensory input. I felt and still feel that I would trust Addie with my life, and in a way trusting her to take care of my baby is putting my heart in her hands! If you have a chance to have her nanny for you, don't pass her up. You won't regret it, she is WONDERFUL.
