We hired Adara as a part time nanny over the summer for our 4 month old boy. Adara has a kind, calm energy that our baby responded to immediately. She connected with him right off the bat. He was in the midst of the dreaded 4 month sleep regression, but she always managed to make sure he got great naps. Adara is reliable, always on time, flexible, and great with communication. My son is always so happy to see her. We would definitely recommend Adara!
