Making a difference in someone's life is what I'm all about. My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to this fulfilling career. I have three years of experience providing care, and I continue to build on my education. As a caregiver, I provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and encourage physical activity. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with care recipients. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and speak Spanish.
