I am a dedicated childcare provider and a B. S. student in Child and Adolescent Development at CSUF, committed to creating meaningful connections with children and families. Child-Centered Approach: Drawing from Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies, I emphasize observation and child-led learning to create a supportive environment for exploration and self-expression. Collaboration with Families: I value open communication and teamwork to nurture each child's unique development. Education & Training: With 61 academic units in child and family studies and certifications in Early Childhood Development, I am well-equipped to support children's growth. Global Seminar Work: I've led seminars in Mexico, collaborating with families and educators in underserved communities. Experience & Passion: With over 10 years of experience, I've supported 300+ families, guiding children through milestones with warmth, patience, and respect.
