My name is Adanech, and I am a compassionate, dependable caregiver with over 10 years of experience providing high-quality care to seniors in one-to-one home care, hospital inpatient, and nursing home/rehabilitation settings. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing and completed a CNA program with hands-on clinical training in a senior rehabilitation center. My experience includes Carriage Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Mary Washington Hospital, and BrightStar Home Health Care. I am skilled in assisting with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, mobility, feeding, turning, and positioning. I monitor patient stability by checking vital signs and observing changes in condition, while providing companionship, comfort, and emotional support.
