We could not have found a better nanny for our child! Our baby was 5-11 months old while Adam watched him and one other child about the same age. Adam cared so deeply for the kids and our whole families. They really wanted to know our child - who he was, what he liked, and his developments. They paid close attention because they really loved it! Our child bonded quickly to Adam! When I picked up the baby with my 3 year old, Adam was so sweet and inclusive toward him, as well. Adam several times made us a delicious dinner - both when we were going through a hard time and to cultivate community. Adam is an excellent communicator. They share detailed information, carve out time to check in, and really want to know what's most supportive for the children. Adam is flexible and adaptable to changing needs and different schedules. I really cannot say enough positive things about Adam. They are such a kind and caring person and everyday I went to pick up my child the atmosphere felt so easeful and right.
