My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my ability to connect with children and positively impact their lives. Seeking to extend this impact, I am excited to support families by providing reliable care for their little ones. My calm and friendly demeanor helps me build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open and honest communication, ensuring parents receive regular updates about their child's day and addressing any concerns promptly. While fostering a nurturing environment, I also understand the importance of enforcing household rules, and I am comfortable doing so in a gentle and age-appropriate manner.
