Hello! My name is Adalia and I am a junior illustration student at SVA in Manhattan. I love working with kids and am passionate about art, music, reading, and teaching! I am energetic, engaged, and responsible. I am an aspiring children's book illustrator, so besides being a ton of fun, working with kids is also a great way for me to do a little field research :) I have over five years of experience as a babysitter and elementary school TA. I am comfortable with a wide age range and can assist with bedtime routines, meal preparation, light housework, and monitoring outdoor play. I am a hardworking student and am happy to assist with homework or tutoring. I also speak intermediate Spanish and Korean! I am generally available on weekends as well as Thursdays. Adalia is just the all around best. Reliable, smart, talented. I could go on and on. She watched our kids and when we went on trips she housesat and took care of our pets. For babysitting she would always do art projects and play with the kids. She wouldn't just put them in front of the TV. She’s everything you would want in someone who you’re trusting your children, house, and pets with.
