About Adaja

Hiii. My name is Adaja :) a little background. I got into senior caregiving simply because I had older grandparents growing up. I loved assisting in, around or outside of the house. As I became an adult I wanted to share my heart with other seniors in hope they have someone who cares for them with heart. I am very seasoned, I have worked with all different kind of people with various cases. I have been a dedicated paid caregiver with 6+ years assisting seniors in home/facility settings. Expertise in daily living assistance (bathing, dressing etc), managing medications, and record-keeping. In doing that I've also became a very empathetic companion. I am skilled in dementia/Alzheimer communication (sundowning), anxiety reduction, social engagement, and providing respectful, dignified support with a gentle touch.
