I'm a Certified PCA (Patient Care Assistant) home care aide, with a graduate degree background in Social Work and three years of experience, I offer compassionate and detail-oriented home health care. I provide respite care, live-in support, transportation, and assistance with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am skilled in dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and encouraging physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I prioritize earning your trust and communicate through written reports, verbal updates, and the family's preferred method. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me.
