About Acacia

Hi, I'm Acacia! I'm 28 years old and have nearly 13 years of experience in childcare. I'm passionate about creating a nurturing, fun, and engaging environment where children can thrive. I'm looking for a down-to-earth family that trusts me to care for their children; one that values involvement but also respects my expertise. I love taking kids on outdoor adventures and believe children learn best through play. My teaching approach blends Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and independence. Currently, I work with Nannies, and I've also spent time at Learning Centers. I have experience with children as young as 6 months old and enjoy arts and crafts, dancing, and imaginative play. I'm happy to assist with light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, and educational activities. Caring for children is truly my passion, and I'd love the opportunity to connect with your family.
