As a Certified Home Health Aide with 3 years of experience, I offer transportation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation services. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I am compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or during visits. Adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion are all part of my experience. Respecting a care recipient's independence is very important to me.
