About Abigail

Hello! My name is Abigail! I graduated San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am a yoga and meditation teacher, currently enrolled in Dance Movement therapy training, and am working towards my masters in clinical mental health counseling. I have worked in childcare for the past 11 years as a nanny, babysitter, and camp counselor. I absolutely adore children & believe it is important to nourish their unique gifts and celebrate life through play, music, somatic movement, and arts & crafts. Children teach us as much as we teach them. Past families have described me as going above and beyond, creative, radiant, warm, compassionate, flexible, and a great influence on their children. With my gifts of intuition & psychological education, as well as my theatrical improvisation background, creativity & daily mindful practices such as movement & meditation, I believe I will be a wonderful nanny for your little ones and I so greatly look forward to meeting them
