About Abigail

Growing up as the oldest of five siblings, caring for children has always been a part of my life. With my oldest younger sibling being seven years younger than me, I naturally stepped into a caregiver role early on through regular babysitting and helping raise my younger brothers and sisters. After high school, I worked in a daycare setting for a year, primarily with 2-year-olds. I also nannied for a wonderful family for two and a half years, building strong relationships with both the children and parents before leaving to begin my student teaching experience. I would describe my personality as patient, energetic, responsible, and supportive. I truly love working with children and am pursuing a career where that passion can continue to grow. I will be graduating in May from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I will not be able to start working until mid-May because of it!
