I'm currently seeking a full time live-out position. I have been a professional nanny for nearly 12 years. Other childcare experience consists of over 20 years of babysitting, working in a daycare, and working in other programs for children. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I have also taken multiple college level classes on child psychology, teaching, children's literature, etc. I have stellar references, and excellent reviews (see below). I am also a certified pediatric sleep coach. I love working with children, and truly give my heart to the families I work for. I feel incredibly blessed to have found a vocation where I am able to become a part of another family and to fall in love with their children. Abby has been my favorite nanny we've ever had experience with. She is attentive, patient, detailed, and had no problem following any specifics or directions I gave. She was cognizant of everything she learned about our family. My kids are highly energetic and talkative, and her bringing her kiddos created built in best friends for my children. I believe it helped my kids in their own development as well, to have social interactions. She always gave detailed updates and important information, even researching programs and toys that would help to engage my son. She would watch my kids overnight occasionally when I was gone for work, and I always felt so much peace of mind that my children were taken care of and loved well. Working with Abby was a perfect fit! I CANNOT recommend her enough!
