About Abigail

Hi! I'm Abigail! I'm a licensed paramedic with several years of experience in healthcare, and caring for people has always been a huge part of who I am. My medical background has given me experience working with people of all ages and with a wide variety of medical needs, but I also know that sometimes the most important thing is simply having someone dependable and kind around. I'm happy to help with companionship, errands and appointments, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and everyday routines. I'm also comfortable with more complex medical needs and confident recognizing and responding to emergencies. I'm easygoing, patient, and a big believer in helping people maintain as much independence as possible while still having the support they need. Whether that means getting out of the house for an appointment, making dinner together, or just having someone around to chat with, I'd love to be that person!
