About Abigail

I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. With six years of experience tutoring elementary and middle school students, I believe every student can achieve their goals with personalized support. I actively listen to and observe how students interact with new material, adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating every success. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and building trust. I can help with English and Sports & Fitness courses, and I am willing to tutor at your home, online, the library, or school. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have SOME COLLEGE experience, a car, and am comfortable with pets.
