Hi! I'm Abigail - a compassionate, dependable caregiver with a background in psychology, wellness, behavioral support, and trauma-informed care. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a focus on trauma-informed care. As a single mother of three, I understand firsthand how important it is to find trustworthy, reliable, and emotionally attuned care for the people we love most. I have extensive experience supporting seniors, children, and individuals with ADHD and autism spectrum disorders, including work rooted in cognitive and ABA-based approaches. Families often describe me as warm, patient, intuitive, organized, and dependable. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and calm environment where individuals feel respected, understood, and genuinely cared for.
