About Abigail

I was a live in nanny for a family in VA for 21 months. They had 5 kids ages 8, 7, 6, 4, and 3. I home-schooled the four oldest kids, drove the children to violin & piano lessons, washed all of the family's laundry, made all the meals during my days of work 7 meal planning, gave the kids baths, kitchen cleaning, and dishes. The kids were so sweet and I really enjoyed watching them. I grew up as the oldest child of 10 kids. There were many times I watched and took care of my siblings. Also did lots of babysitting growing up. I worked as a counselor at a Bible Camp for 5 summers. There were usually 8-10 kids in my cabin every week. Their ages ranged from 2nd grade-9th grade. I was also a nanny for a family with 8 children for 2 and 1/2 years. The ages ranged from 17-8 months. My duties included house cleaning, helping with the children, meal preparation, laundry, and working at farmer's market. The last 7 years, I worked in a daycare. I watched newborns through 5th grade.
