For the past six years, I've been dedicated to helping elementary students thrive academically. My graduate degree and certification as a teacher provide me with a strong foundation to support your child's learning journey in Math, English, Science, History, and Study Skills. I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I adapt my teaching methods by varying my strategies, encouraging open communication, and seeking feedback from parents. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and breaking down problems into manageable steps. Open dialogue allows me to adapt my approach for optimal student outcomes. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of being a tutor. I am comfortable tutoring at your home, a center, online, the library, a community center, school, or a coffee shop. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
