About Abigail

I've been a childcare provider for eight years, and I've always had a passion for working with children. From my very first experience as a babysitter, I knew that I wanted to be a caregiver. I find joy in making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. I am patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I follow their preferred communication method, whether that's through daily reports, phone calls, or text messages. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I have experience with special needs children and am a certified teacher with coursework in early child development. I have also completed First Aid and CPR training. In my free time, I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, as well as board games and puzzles. I also like playing educational games that promote learning.
