About Abigail

I am a graduate student at the University of Tennessee pursuing my PhD in Nuclear Physics. I graduated from Morehead State University in 2023 with double bachelors degrees in professional physics and mathematics, with a 3. 5 GPA. I have experience teaching students of all ages, from pre-k through college level. I was a full time nanny for four summer which included school work. I have been a tutor at both universities I attend, and worked as a teaching assistant for special needs students in high school. I am comfortable teaching up to 4 students at one time, but prefer one-on-one tutoring for the students benefit. The subjects I excel in are: physics, mathematics, reading, sciences, English, and Spanish. I'm very considerate of students and their attention span, and generally like to make learning fun with a rewards system for younger students, or short breaks for older students. Thank you!
