About Abigail

With 15 years of tutoring experience, I've worked with students ages 2 through adulthood in homes and tutoring centers. I've supported learners in elementary through college-level subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and advanced coursework such as AP preparation. I have experience working with students with autism, learning disabilities, and English language learners, and I speak conversational Spanish. I also volunteered in a fourth-grade classroom in San Francisco, supporting both ESL and non-ESL students. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Counseling with coursework in child & lifespan development, which helps me understand different learning styles and developmental needs. I strive to make learning engaging while building confidence, critical thinking & independent study skills.
