About Abigail

I started babysitting at 14 and worked at a skating rink at that time, helping with an after school program. As a teen, I babysat for 4 kids, ages infant to 6 and volunteered at a day school for special needs children. In my early 20's I was a youth leader as well as camp counselor. At that time, I was also a missionary and adult-student's nanny (3 kids per different 2 families, and a moms helper for an adoptive family of 5 children). I worked at retreat, and was one of 4 workers, caring for 15 infants under 1-year-old. Completed 2 college level, semester-long courses on CRP and First Aid. I worked as a tutor and substitute teacher at a private school. I helped run a kids camp in Germany for refugee children. I can cook, clean, and create wonderful days with fun and wholesome memories for children. I am an advocate for less screen time and more real life fun and activities.
