About Abigail

I spent the first few years of my Nursing career briefly in the ICU, then ER, then spent 17 years in the Operating Room in Saudi Arabia. I am certified both in BLS and ACLS. Nursing assessment and management have become almost instinctive to me which enables me to anticipate my patient's needs. I came to the US to become the sole caregiver of my spouse in her kidney transplant journey, then helped my mother-in-law recover from her multiple medical issues, which developed my passion in geriatric care. As a caregiver, I aim to incorporate productive activities into my patient's daily lives thru arts, music & socialization. I ensure accurate medication and monitor for adverse side effects. My attention to detail helps in tracking doctors appointments and follow ups. I provide consistency of care by involving the family via regular updates to keep everyone informed. I am known for my calm demeanor and being flexible to adjust in any give situation.
