I like working with kids because they bring such joy and light to my life. I adore teaching and seeing the world through their point of view. Taking on the world at the pace of a child is so rewarding and enjoyable. I had a full time nanny job for about 4 years. After they sent their kids to school, I have been home full time with my son. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be a key player in the family. I am confident in my knowledge and instincts with kids, and I want to build a relationship with parents where they will trust me to make the best decisions for their children. I also will be bringing my 11-month-old son with me, so I need a family that will allow this and trust that I will treat their children as I do my own. I did a nanny share with a girl I had been with for a year and felt that pull to one child over another. I have also babysat with my son already, so I've seen that it is similar to what I had experienced in the nanny share and know how to address it.
