I am a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience caring for elderly residents, including those living with dementia and cognitive impairments. I am committed to providing quality, person-centered care that promotes dignity, safety, comfort, and independence. My responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility assistance, and monitoring residents' overall well-being. I document changes in condition, communicate effectively with healthcare teams, and ensure care plans are followed. With experience in dementia care, I provide patient, supportive, and compassionate care while helping residents maintain routines and a sense of security.
