About Abigail

I love working with children! I traveled abroad before coming to Chicago to attend school, and have worked in preschool and secondary school settings. I've babysat often, and currently I help run a kids' club in the Woodlawn area where I interact with children ages five to 12 every week. I love shaping "newer" minds to think about the world and helping children find fascination in the most mundane moments. Supporting parents is an additional love, as you do so much to hold down the fort and raise young people. I consider it a blessing to help out and give you the assurance of knowing that your kids are safe and happy, so that date night can happen or to do lists can get checked off.
