About Abi

I have years of hands-on caregiving experience that makes me a great fit for kids, plus an Executive Functioning coaching lens specializing in autism and ADHD. I'm finishing my B. S. in Early Childhood & Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology, backed by coursework in autism, developmental disabilities, and psychopathology. As a Teacher's Aide, I supported children from birth through middle school in a structured classroom, handling behavior redirection and one-on-one attention, and helping kids build routines and push through tough transitions and meltdowns. As a Direct Support Professional, I design individualized routines and break big tasks into clear, manageable steps, the same core skill that drives strong EF coaching, whether it's a daily living goal or a long-term one. I'm sharp at reading what a kid needs and adjusting on the fly, and I'm big on building real trust, not just managing behavior. I'm BLS certified and hold a NYS Level 1 Teacher's Assistant Certification
