I hold a graduate degree and use my skills to assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written daily reports and by respecting their preferred method of communication. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion with those who have memory care needs. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.
