Hi everyone, I'm an experienced and caring childcare provider with over six years of experience working with children of different ages, including the past two years as a Behavioral Technician (BT) in school settings. I'm passionate about creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel comfortable. My experience has helped me build strong communication, patience, and behavior-support skills, while also allowing me to connect easily with both children and families.
