I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I also provide transportation, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate regularly with families via text or phone, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me.
