About Abby

Hi I'm abby! I've been working in the childcare industry since the age of 17! Currently I work at a licensed daycare here in Columbia as a lead infant teacher, and I have been for 3 years now. Infants are my favorite age group to work with as I love helping the babies hit their milestones and watching them grow that first year of life. I am currently in school online for elementary education. I will graduate in October! After this, I will be taking classes online to obtain my masters in instructional design. Aside from professional experience, I also have a 4-year-old daughter so I understand the reality of raising a child and have been able to see both sides of infant care. My daughter attends daycare during the day I LOVE animals and have 2 cats (Yoshi and Norman) and a corgi (Dori). During my free time, I love to workout, binge watch tv shows, go to the movies, go for walks or try new restaurants that have gluten free options! I am CPR certified and safe sleep trained! :)
