About Abby

Hi, I'm Abby! I have a Bachelor of General Studies from Ball State University, with three minors in Infant and Toddler Specialization, Family Engagement, and Psychology of Human Development, as well as over 10 years of experience working with children! My background includes teaching dance and swim lessons, volunteering at the Boys & Girls Club, and spending three years as a preschool Lead Teacher and Program Lead. I was also honored to be nominated for 2026 Early Educator of the Year award! I love watching children grow, discover their personalities, and build confidence. I strive to create a nurturing environment where little ones feel safe, understood, and encouraged to be themselves. From navigating big emotions to celebrating little milestones, I believe every moment matters! I'm hoping to find a family I can build a meaningful, lasting relationship with. Outside of childcare, I enjoy baking, reading, board game nights with friends, and movie nights with my fiancé!
