About Abby

Hello families! My name is Abby, and I'm a senior studying Criminal Justice and Sociology. I've always been surrounded by kids, so working with them just feels natural and fun for me. I started helping with little ones when I was really young - first with my little sister, and then with my twin girl cousins when my aunt had them at 19. I basically grew up being the built-in helper, and I loved it. In college, I spent a lot of time in the Family Development Center, mostly in the early preschool rooms with the 4- and 5-year-olds. I also helped in the 1- and 2-year-old rooms when they needed an extra set of hands. Outside of school, I babysit for a few families on occasion: • Two boys, ages 3 and 4 • An 11-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl • A 3-year-old and a 1-year-old once a month Right now, I'm looking for something flexible that fits with my college schedule. I'm open to different types of babysitting, but date nights and Sunday all-day care are my sweet spot.
