About Abby

Looking to provide childcare in my home during school breaks/summer vacation. I have been around babies & kids my entire life as my mom ran an in-home daycare while I was growing up. I began babysitting in middle school & have been involved with kids in some capacity ever since. I graduated with my Masters of Social Work from GVSU in 2020. I got married in 2022, & my husband and I welcomed twin girls in November of 2024. Being a mom has given me a whole new perspective on child caregiving. I know how hard it is to entrust the care of my children to someone else, so caring for anyone else's children is something I take very seriously. I am currently a K-5 School Social Worker. I absolutely love what I do. Because of my education and career, I am well versed in all things kids, including neurodiversity and positive behavior strategies. My job also allows me to have school breaks and summers off. I would love to support another mama who needs care during those times.
