Do not hire Abby! We had a phone conversation in which she represented herself as capable and dependable. We scheduled an interview for the next morning. I have toddler triplets and an older child so I had to rearrange our entire day to accommodate her in person interview. I texted that morning to confirm and didn't hear back. She was a no show so I called to make sure nothing had happened. My call went straight to vm. I had followed her on social media the night before (one way I screen candidates) and she had both unfollowed and blocked me. She never communicated with me at all. If this is her way of handling an interview situation, my guess would be she certainly is t capable of safely and dependably caring for children.
