We were scheduled to talk initially and Abby wasn't able to make our call and didn't tell me until last minute. I believed her reasoning and chose to give her the benefit of the doubt. We interviewed, mutually agreed the position seemed like a great fit, and agreed to meet to finalize the position. The meeting was scheduled weeks in advance due to Abby living out of state (she was moving close to our city though and needed work). Then, when it was time to meet, she informed me the day of she wasn't able to meet because she was sick but would reach back out once she was feeling better to reschedule. That was weeks ago and we never heard back from her. Communication and dependability seem problematic just from what little interactions we've had.
