I'd describe my personality as positive, encouraging, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I have a childlike side to my personality which makes it easy to connect with them In many different ways. I'm looking for a job that is consistent regarding scheduling and payment (although I am flexible regarding schedule changes). I started working with kids when I was in high school at my gym's childcare center. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, spend time in nature and with family, and play with my dog. One thing you should know about me is I am very passionate about children and family work, specifically regarding childhood development. My skills include consistency, such as being punctual and on time, empathetic and gentle disciplinary techniques (if allowed by parents), and my experience with childcare needs (diaper changing, homework help, potty training, cooking and cleaning, etc.)
