About Abby

Empowering students to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of my tutoring practice. With three years of experience, I prioritize building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning over rote memorization. I create an engaging, patient environment by adapting my methods--using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions--to suit your unique needs. When concepts feel challenging, I break them into manageable steps and connect the material to your personal interests to maintain momentum. I believe open communication with families is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Seeing a student's confidence flourish as they master a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work. I am also comfortable working alongside pets in your home. I look forward to supporting your academic journey and celebrating your success as we reach your goals together.
