About Abby

I'd describe my personality as easygoing, joyful, and passionate I like working with kids because they remind me of my younger siblings who I raised growing up. I also think it's so important for parents to get well deserved rest. Though kids are a gift, as a parent it can box you up in what you can get done. So I love to offer help to offer parents a break! I started working with kids when my mom started a daycare at our house. Then I got small babysitting jobs for a couple years. I did a more stable nanny job for a couple of months. With two 8-year-olds and one 14-year-old! In my spare time, I like to go to the be active, read, do Bible studies, etc! One thing you should know about me is I am hardworking and energetic. My skills include teaching right from wrong, gentleness and patience, and covering with love. As well as in physical aspects, I am good at cleaning and organizing, doing school work, and I'm learning to cook!
