Abby was very friendly but was hired for housekeeping and did not do a thorough job. She was very specific with her contract on what she requires from clients , but she did not fulfill her end which was washing floors. I’ve never known any housekeeper to not mop floors as a basic requirement. She also took apart a safety bath seat to clean tub, which was fine ( my mom is a senior with disability) but didn’t put it back together or tell us that she didn’t know how to secure it so it definitely could have been bad if I hadn’t noticed . We had to buy a new one because the one we had won’t work now.
