About Abby

I like working with kids because I love the unexpected. I grew up as the oldest of 9 siblings, and spent several of my teenage summers teaching swim lessons to various age groups. My favorite part about each was that I had no idea where each day would take me, and I love it. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help families feel safe and comfortable. Seeing my parents diligently raise my siblings and I, I can only hope to make an impact on a family the same way that every caretaker left a positive footprint on my weekends. I started working with kids when I was very young. I've been around younger siblings and cousins my entire life, but only started professionally doing it when I was in high school, babysitting and teaching lessons. In my spare time, I like to do arts and crafts and exercise! One thing you should know about me is I am always ready to match you and your kids' energy. I'm whatever you need me to be.
