About Abbie

I spent 2 years working as a Float Teacher for a Montessori school that provided care and education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. During these years I took courses on Early Childhood Development and Education. I am also a volleyball coach for both boys' and girls' teams with experience coaching players ages 13 through 18. Much of my work is influenced by my experience in early education. I also provide coaching at summer camps for students K-12. This experience is deeply inspired by my love for kids and the ability to be a positive role model for them. It has taught me a lot about how important it is for children to be curious, kind, and willing, and the role we play as caregivers in fostering those traits. I'm looking for a job that can be accommodating towards my schedule as a full-time Master's student, pays well, and has great communication from parents or guardians. In my spare time, I like to read, go for runs or walks, play volleyball, and hang out with friends!
