About Abbie

As a childcare provider with five years of experience and a mother myself, I am passionate in the area of making a positive impact on children's lives and fostering learning and creativity. My own experience as a mother has taught me the importance that engaging with children in this way can have lasting effects. I encourage children to explore their imagination and am experienced in a variety of activities that promote learning and development, including board games, puzzles, crafts, and imaginative play. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the parents' lead in this regard. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure open and transparent communication about their child's day or any issues that may arise. I have completed coursework in early child development in relation to my college degree and have been teaching my daughter Spanish the last year. I also lead a children's Spanish club and am involved in working the nursery at a local church.
